Lilah RosenblumLilah S. Rosenblum advises individuals and organizations on immigration and nationality law, securing temporary work visas, employment-based and family-sponsored permanent residence, citizenship, and other immigration benefits for foreign nationals.

Lilah writes and teaches on a range of issues related to employment-based immigration including H-1Bs and other professional worker visas, PERM labor certifications, and other means for obtaining employment-based permanent residence. She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Maryland Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is active in AILA’s Washington, DC Chapter having served as the Chair of the AILA/USCIS Washington, DC Liaison Committee and the Vice-Chair of the AILA/USCIS Baltimore Liaison Committee and is currently serving on the AILA Citizenship Day/Pro Bono Committee.

Over the past two decades, Lilah has worked to promote the rights of immigrants in the Washington, DC area in a range of contexts including public health, education, employment and labor law, and immigration law. She is fluent in Spanish and culturally competent as she has lived, worked, and studied extensively throughout Latin America.
